Popped into this Bar Kelko last Friday Night, as I couldn't bear going into my usual wine bar in Crouch End, I thought I would give this bar a look in. I was pleasantly surprised, for one the door man was really friendly and pleasant. There was a good crowd and I felt very relaxed as a woman going into a wine bar on my own. The bar staff were really nice and the music was uplifting but not too noisy. My friends were an hour late but that didn't bother me as I felt very relaxed and at home. Its perhaps one of the nicest bars I have been to in North London, more like a west end bar without the fake and pretentious atmosphere of over groomed staff and the expensive taxi home. I'll be back! Ruby N8
Popped in here one Saturday night when it was newly opened to see what was going on. Was pleasantly surprised, the interior is really nice and modern but quite cosy. They had a DJ that played really good music, a mixture of old dance classics and modern day chart which had people out dancing. Bar staff were friendly. Will definitely be going back here. Would be an ideal place to have a private party as its got quite an intimate setting.
Big thumbs up for Kelko!! Absolutely FAB night out!! Defo the new place to be in Crouch End! Good looking, friendly bar staff, the doorman was a right laugh and the DJ smashed it! Very reasonable prices too! Stunning interior and a spacious dancefloor! Can't wait for my next visit!
