Really don't like this place!!

Service - slow and quite rude. 15-20 mins wait at the bar on average.

Drinks - not worth the wait. Cocktails are a shambles, beer is horrid, and they day I went, they had no ice even though it was a scorching day. Plus, very expensive drinks for all that wait!

Place - they close the terrace at 10ish so expect to be barged about for the rest of the night as the place is so poky, or get deafened by the DJs if you venture up the other end. Oh, and you cant take your drinks out on the terrace either after 10, good thinking! Plus, the security are on top of you constantly, very over zealous....

This places heyday has long and truly gone.

Have to disagree with the last reviewer, I discovered Lockside Lounge over the summer and it's definitely one of my favourites. For me the music policy is actually a refreshing change from the other bars in the area. Lockside Lounge was rocking over the summer - DJs on the deck - can't beat it! and it seems live music on Sundays too. Great.

I love the food at the Lockside Lounge. The staff are very friendly, which many people are surprised by - I still think there are some dense people out there who assume that tatoos make you evil. The Lockside Lounge is a dead friendly place with a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Lockside Lounge used to be good three years ago but no-one goes here anymore. It's dead on a Saturday night and the vile dance music on full blast scares any punters away.



The Lockside Lounge is in Camden - play some Indie music for gawds sake!

Lockside Lounge is a superb pre-club bar, the grub is second to none and the service is always good. The bar area looks tres cool and the people that are in there are always cool.
The music is funky and it is definitely the best bar in Camden, possibly in London.

Definitely my fav venue in Camden - can't beat it and a must visit if you're in the area!

Camden is the funkiest place going and this bar tops the lot, trust me. The setting is superb and its modern design can only be matched by its atmosphere, which is laid back and effortlessly comfortable - you could easily spend a whole day in there just watching the people, eating the the top notch grub and soaking in the camden ambience.

Theyve got wicked DJ's at night time an I've been there as part of a private party, which they obviously cater for. Gotta go there - love the music, love the food love the place!
