If you are a fan of contemporary dinning, then this is a place for you. A little gem hidden in the heart of central London, very modern on the outside (impressive two floor glass building - unfortunately no nice views, but nonetheless), very stylish on the inside (interior decor is nothing less than a perferct balance between the modern and the feeling of cosyness) I went out on a thursday night, when the restaurant was half-empty and thoroughly enjoyed the fact that you didn't have to shout your lungs out to be heard nor had a throbbing headache from the noise. The waiters were exceptionally attentive, but without any extra fuss. I was pleasently surprised with an offer of taking my jacket to the clock room - can't even remember when I last heard that being offered in all previously visited restaurants. The food is splendid, but very modern - you will not get anything here that resembles a home-style roast and mash potatoes. Be warned of the prices!! For a party of four, a three course meal and two bottles of wine costs in the region of £75 per person (service charge inclusive), so it's a costly venture. But for that special occassion or if you are looking to impress, this place won't let you down. The only thing that might be of concern is will the service meet the same grade on a busy friday night?
