awful, bad service, terrible food, waited over an hour and a half which wouldnt have been so bad if the food had been half decent, dirty table.

Thus is my local. It's massively improved since it became the manor. The atmosphere is loads better. And the food is really good, especially the Sunday roasts (beef in particular).

It's not got the feel of the antelope but is a great pub to have at the bottom of the road. Even my clapham based a mates love it. They chose to come down here for Xmas dinner.

Passing by on our way out, we noticed the crowds that gathered outside in the garden, to catch the early summer sun.

It was nice and there was a real buzz with people young and old chattering away. We decided to go in for a drink and was surprised how busy it actually was.

We always thought this was just another slimy pub but it was really nice.

After speaking to the bar lady gathered that there is even more refurbishments and improvements to come, which I think will make this place even more top notch.

The bar man was very friendly and went out of his way to assist the disabled.

It was like a Italian family business with staff and customers on first name base, joking around and having fun.

Even though they kept their cool and in control it looked a bit under staffed considering how busy it was.

The chairs was very comfortable and we didn't want to get up again.

We ordered some chips to keep the hunger at bay as we had a dinner reservation in Clampham.

Next time we will come here, it is so much closer.

This bar has huge potential given is close proximity to St Georges Hospital but its not taking advantage of it.

Recent food offer resulted in delays in waiting for pre booked table, huge delay in food ordering, delay in food itself and variations in size of burgers.

oh and 7-11 chips on the plate!! Tasty food though. Delays were simply down to lack of staff to cater for the crowd present.

No team work either. Frustrating when all you need is a glass of their well selected wines after a long days work!!

I decided to check this pub out having noticed it had changed names yet again.

It is dissapointing to see that although a fair bit of money has been spent on fancy chairs the offering is still below par.

We read the menu with enthusiasm - a good menu and opted for fish - salmon and the fish and chips.

Both tasted off and when we complained the manager ( who i took to be the owner ) was rude and disinterested.

When I stated the price he simply snorted that "that was the price you paid for good food in London" .

When reminded I was the customer and that the food wasnt up to scratch, he moodily snatched the plates and presented the bill.

Full price. All style and NO substance. I will not return nor do I recommend this place. The place was dead and I now know why.

Having been to the Garden House quite a few times, and disappointed how it had gone downhill in the last year or so, we were interested to see how the pub had changed under its new name.

Although the decoration could still do with some work, my wife and I were very impressed by the food.

We had the meatballs and the steak, and both agreed it was one of the best meals we'd had for a long time.

The pub was also quite busy which gave the pub a good vibe.

Hopefully this will continue as the area could do with a proper pub for young people serving good food.

My only request would be for more real ales on tap.

I came here last friday for a night out with a few friends and it was the worst night out iv had for a very long time. When we arrived we tried to order some drinks. Everything we tried to order they didnt have but finally we got some drinks and sat down. The music was shocking so I went to the bar to ask when does the DJ start tonight?. To be told that the DJ does not work fridays any more and that we would have to listen to this crap all night. Dont get me wrong this music is good if you want to come to the pub and go to sleep. this pub is by far one of the worst iv been to. Take my word for it dont bother wasting your time to come here because you will regret it!

I went to the Garden house a few weeks before Christmas and it was fantastic. The music was great and the staff were fun and helpful. I returned from my Christmas holiday to find the service very poor. The bartender who eventualy served me had been sitting behind the bar on his laptop. When talking with him I found out he was one of the new owners but he was quick to get back to his laptop. On sitting down the tables were dirty and full of empty glasses and the music had also changed alot. The music now was much more quite and depressing. With all the half lit candles on the tables you could me mistaken for thinking you has entered a church hall. I thought this pub was going to be my regular but now I dont think I will go back till it changes owners again.

the last comment isnt far off - whoever it was and however angry they were or are ! Its more like the truth.. It is in a poor location and is very big - that much is true .

Sadly the menu is questionable as is the pricing and quality. Drinks wise the cocktails were ok but otherwise pretty averagethe clientele is very locale and that is off putting with every other word eff this and eff that ; but with sky tv as one of its usp's you can hardly be surprisedmusically its a bit lame.

its hardly tootings premier drinking and eating venue as is listed on their website ( when it was up ) the tram and social near mcdonalds fits that quote slightly better. Its a shame its a nice building. Cant comment on staff as just got my order and took the 'cool vibe' in..

it was BAD for quite sometime! but I think they getting right , I had food last week to be fair quite impressive because not only paid 12 pounds for two courses but i got amazing tasty food.

I REALLY recommend the fisherman's pie one of the best I had for years the langostine sauce & star anise SPOT ON ..

my wife had the meat balls absolutely tasty too, the slow cooked tomato sauce is complex in impressive flavours .

don't get me wrong I still think there’s room to improve, but definetly coming back to try the Saturday & Sunday brunch.

i honestly think alessandro754 must a member of the staff team ;

my wife and i came here and had the misfortune of eating, it felt like the food was cooked by a staff member .

Bland and chewy steak with chips tasting like they been cooked in oil 2 months old.

Revoltingit was very quite so we thought we would get decent service - the staff although friendly were a bit clueless and dizzy so propmt service not apparent - they should have been pleased for our custom !

its a nice building but very large so felt like we were the only ones in there. Wont be bothering again.3/10
