Great pub, good atmosphere in there today. Plenty room to sit and enjoy company of friends. Went in there today and enjoyed a good football game with a couple of cold ones and bowl of chips.
The barman seemed pretty pleasant and his son or staff member looks exactly like Draco Malfroy! Bit pricy but overall great.

Avoid this pub. My friend had her bag stolen in here - when she reported it to the barman his attitude was so appalling we wondered if thefts happened frequently on his premises. Made for a very unpleasant evening. I don't seem to have the option to award zero stars - that would be my actual rating.

A friend and I were in this pub today, it's somewhere we go as a meeting place 5 or 6 times a month. Today we'd been there for nearing 2hrs, in which time we'd ordered 3 rounds of drinks (£7.20 per round) and also ordered food (£14). After having food we moved to the up stairs section to get a bigger table because some other friends were coming to join us. 15 minutes later the barmaid approaches us and says "buy some drinks guys, you can't sit here like it's your living room".

Needless to say we were disgusted with this, took our business else where and will never be going back there!

One word to the owner of the pub "Shame"

Went here for a nice pint to watch the footie, what a mistake.

Very tourist unfriendly, absolutely ruined by the bouncer on the door who was unintelligable, foul mouthed, and rude (08/11/09).

I wonder if it's the same prat who calls himself manager and works behind the bar.

A very unwelcoming pub. As someone who lives in London I was very surprised to find myself asked to leave only 30 seconds or so after entering because I had not ordered a drink from the bar in this time.

Nice little corner pub. Friendly stuff. Shame that they don't do food anymore. Something they did for the Euro 2008.

Lovely traditional pub in the heart of Theatreland, perfect for a pre-show drink.
