I really like this place. It's got a great vibe. Very cool.
The place itself is First Class, Lovely decor, friendly staff (except GM Andrew- let's hope he's gone), not bad food and great pool tables. The one big problem is as always the Security. Far and away the rudest, scruffy, most stupid bouncers that I have ever met. I was there not long after the opening and they were all smart (wearing Miss Qs jackets) and funny, friendly and nice- there was an issue that was dealt with instantly and you knew these guys were good. What happened? Who chose these new idiots?
Such a shame- apart from this it's well worth a look.
I would add that it looks like the locals control the place at weekends but they are not too bad a crowd.
Pompous, arrogant, unfriendly rude General Manager Andrew.. I really see this place going down very quickly if h doesn't change his attitude.
Phoned to enquire about a party and he would not give out any details unless you visit the place. Looks like it's a lot of work for them and don't really care about exclusive party on Sunday!!
Haven't been there but don't think i will ever go!!
I have extremely catholic tastes in food, however, it is many years since I have tried to eat anything as revolting as what we were presented with tonight.
Obviously food is not the draw at Miss Q’s, but it is a shame that they don’t make any more effort to serve something that is at least edible.
The prawns to start – two were fine, the other three were falling apart, rather like loose cotton wool - whilst the squid was so oily that when you picked a piece up and tilted it, the oil poured out.
The piece de resistance was the beef fajitas, as the meat was so tough that I couldn’t actually bite through it, I tried at two different points with it, and simply couldn’t, it was just appalling.
One of the best pool bars I have been to in london imagine elbow rooms with live music and after about ten they have a dj playing music till late and some crazy saturday night fever style lit dance floor. The drinks were reasonably priced especially for Chelsea and the the staff were awesome. They will pretty much make you whatever you want for under a tenner. But it does turn into a night club so i would get in before 9 to avoid paying entry fees.
It must be said, I really wouldnt be surprised if Miss Q's Bar became the new big thing.
With such a friendly staff, a great vibe, excellent drinks and an extensive cocktail menu, you simply can not go wrong. Whether you are there for a date, a drink with business associates or just a casual evening out with friends, you will not be disappointed.
Even though it is early days (as one of the security was telling us) the guys and girls down there seem to be really hands on, and were tactful throughout the night to make sure me and my friends had a thoroughly enjoyable time.
Am looking forward to going down again
I have to congratulate whoever came up with the idea for Miss Q's, I had the most amazing night this Saturday!
Toploader rocked, the drinks were delicious and so reasonably priced - pub prices rather than club prices.
They have stunning decor, the pool tables are a must, the DJ is a genius and I cant wait to go back!
I Went to Miss Q's last night for the first time. Has an amazing warm atmosphere and a great crowd.
The live music was superb , all drinks were reasonably priced and the cocktail list is outstanding.
I will definitely be spending a lot of time there it truly was fantastic. I highly recommend it
