Excellent food with great service to match! High standard of fresh ingredients and expertly cooked. It was our anniversary that night so it was important that I got it right and according to my wife, I most certainly did (brownie points!). I was pleasantly surprised at the bill and how low it was, taking into consideration the quality and standard of the food and the amount of alcohol we had. Really good value. Will be returning very soon. Highly recommend.

We had a great night out at Moomba. Suited everyone from kids to grandparents. Nice modern decor, friendly staff, excellent cocktails and a range of food to sut all tastes. And to cap it all, very fair prices.

My friend and I had dinner here last night at it was absolutely amazing! We used our Taste London card (we should have booked the day before but the staff kindly granted our request and let us use it!). I had the wild mushrooms on brioche to start which was great, my friend had the foie gras and chicken liver parfait which was outstanding. Both our mains were fantastic too, stuffed Pollock was really fresh and tasty and my friends Moomba salad was really seasonal and fresh. The service was fast, efficient and friendly.

Will definitely return to check out their summer menu.

I have been to Moomba a couple of times, the first time was very good so decided to go back a couple of weeks ago.

Unfortunately the food let it down a bit - some of the dishes weren't available and then the chips that came with mine and my friend's meals weren't cooked. We sent them back but when the second lot were brought out they were still raw.

The staff at Mooba have been brilliant both times I've been, so friendly and helpful. However, like the previous reviewer I also found that the service charge goes towards the staff wages, not as a tip for them.

Excellent restaurant, went to Moomba with my daughter and had a beautiful beef wellington, she had the lamb shank which was also delicious. Menu can be a bit misleading as it gives the impression that some of the mains come with sides when they are charged at extra cost (the sides are lovely though). The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and together with the decoration and music created a lovely ambiance to our evening. I have to say I was slightly annoyed to discover that the service charge I paid included in our bill (close to £8), actually went to the owner! Recommendation to others going, if you dont like paying for the fat cats tax bill, take the service charge off and give it to the wonderful people that deserve it! Apart from that, had a lovely time and will be returning soon.

100% of the service charge go straight to all staff and do not and have never gone to the Company. This customer is misinformed.

then I suppose there will be no problem in taking the service charge off and giving it to them then.

Had a really excellent Sunday roast here; beautifully cooked beef, all the trimmings and properly made gravy!! I don’t think anywhere else in the area – and I am a bit of a connoisseur in this respect – has anything else to match. The staff were friendly cheerful types and they had staropramen on draft. Perfick!

fantastic place a v welcome addition to an area that has curiously few really good restaurants. great menu, very nicely presented -- i had a beautiful soup to start followed by a fantastic pork belly with root veg, cooked vey well. my friends variously had scallops, a spinach tart venison and steake and ale pie, all very good. the wine was flowing and we even had cocktails -- try the fruit of forest martini. the service was v friendly and fast and it was a great evening!
