Honestly one of the worst nights out I have ever had. I was physically pushed by a security guard after asking why he was talking to me rudely. The staff in general are rude and could not care less about any problems you may have. The bowling lanes are tiny and break down every 10 minutes. The only good thing about namco is the dodgems. They say the tokens are non refundable, But I demanded my money back. I would advise people to stick with the Trocadero I strongly advise to avoid Namco at any cost.

Terrible - with no redeeming qualities. I went to a friend's work Christmas Party on 18 December. Food was served, however, the took most of it away very early - which wasn't that bad it was pretty poor. The general atmosphere is like a youth club/butlins. The worst thing, by far, were the security and management - rude, obnoxious and generally unfriendly. My friend's company was paying for a free bar and free games so you would expect them to be pleased we were there. We were told the party would go on until midnight. At 11:30 we started getting hassle to leave (not politely!) - we were all by 11:45. This is a truly awful place.

I was there on friday on a corporate event. Seems like a fun idea but honestly think twice.

The bar is empty and a lack of athmosphere and the staff are rude, in particulary on of the customer assitants.

In overall a waste of money, there are much nicer venues for corporate events.

Well, as I have been a regular at Namco Station for the past 3 years, I have finally decided to move on. It just seems that they would rather not have the business of the general public at all and only cater for large groups and parties. It doesn’t matter what time or day of the week you go there, their kitchen always seems to be closed due to some function and there is never anywhere to sit.

Although the staff are friendly and efficient, it seems that they are usually grossly understaffed, especially on nights that appear to be busy. Don’t expect to be able to enjoy some bowling at Namco Station either, as this is usually reserved too. The highlight of the evening might be you and your mates crammed around a small, unbalanced table for the duration of the evening trying not to spill your drink.

Namco is a good, chilled out place for a drink with a bit of bowling. We went with no expectations and were blown away by the cool music (Baywatch theme!!!)and Namco Station had reasonable prices for a tourist trap location.

Namco Station bowling is pathetic! I was so disappointed with the bowling lanes. After trying to find somewhere to go bowling in London on the internet I chose Namco because their website made the facilities sound fantastic and the picture looked good as well.

In reality their 'bowling alley' was a whole 6 lanes, coin operated, pins attached to string, the bowling balls were not real, the score screens were practically unreadable because of the cages around them and our lane was not level.

It completely ruined our night because the reality was that the bowling alley was pathetic and not at all what Namco Station lead us to expect.

Namco Station is ok. There was nowhere to sit when we went due to private parties taking up all of the seats. We had to stand at the bar, which was uncomfortable as people kept passing by and bumping us.

The bar girl said this happens a lot.

Namco Station is a good sports bar, quite hidden away three levels below the London Eye. Watched the England/Wales qualifier, big screen, GOOD LOUD SOUND and cheap pitchers of Fosters.

Avoid Namco Station like the plague! Bar staff struggle with the simplest orders, and can barely speak English! The bar lounge was filthy and unkempt and prices were outrageous for the standard of service and atmosphere. I will NOT be back!

I went to Namco Station through a work outing - we had a blast, but that wasn't really to do with the bar, rather the opportunity to see my uptight colleagues make arses of themselves on some of the activities. I found it a good place to go with a large group but couldn't imagine myself going to Namco Station just for the booze. The bar wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special either - I suppose you'd expect that at such a place.
