I am extremely pissed off with the Nandos in the 02 Arena

A very rude worker behind the counter made me pay more for the same order my sis made with another woman.

I asked her "why am i paying this amount, when my sis paid another?", (which seemed to me as the right amount) She then snapped at her co-worker and said "No! this is the way I always do it!

Why you doing it like that? "Shes a very rude woman with a stinking attitude, i would mention her name cause i still have the receipt, but im not like that.

I leave it as that!

I 've been yesterday to the one in new shopping center in White city,

i waited 45 min wasn t even busy, cold chips cold chicken and the salad was off!!!

Staff miserable, terrible!!!!!!

I was at Nando's in the O2 and it was exceptionally disappointing.

The decor was amazing however, the food left much to be desired.
I went to Nando's as it is a well known brand and I was confident that I knew what I was getting.



The chicken wasn't cooked well and the fries were soggy.

The management seemed incompetent so I didn't even bother putting up a fight.
I was highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.
