Really rude staff with no sense of customer service. A candidate for 0 stars. Barman jsut made up the drinking up rules to shut the pub early.

The service is absolutely appalling. I've never seen bar staff as rude as that in my life. If zero star is an option I would give that. Avoid like the plague.

I have used this pub on and off since it opened as an O'Neills and still nothing has changed. The managers are useless, the rest of the staff are not much better. I have often walked out because of the long wait to get a drink. I would hate to be in there when it is busy the bar staff walk around totally ignoring you. The foods not up to much either.

O'Neills turned a group of 17 of us down from entering the pub because some of us were wearing tracksuit bottoms.

We had all just been playing a 2020 cricket match. We were absolutely stunned at being turned down and our corporate organiser was highly embarrassed who was treating us all to drinks and a pub dinner.

Yet other pubs nearby such as the Windmill and one across the road will let us in without fuss. What a pompous policy. Unbelievable.

It's an O'Neills! Bright blue on the outside and a tad intimidating on the inside. But this venue is good for a pint and friendly service too.
