What an amazing pub this is. I've been coming to this pub now for the last couple of years and the staff are always friendly.

Gets quite busy for big football matches but there's always a good atmosphere.

I'm not sure one would describe the bar staff as charming and charismatic, more like arrogant and dull. The service is poor is this lifeless pub.

The crowd can be pretty unpleasant and there definitely isn't a friendly atmosphere. The food is awful (OK you're not paying much but don't waste the money).

Did the reviewer actually go to this pub? The review seems to be further from the experience I and many people I know have had of the place.

I wouldn't recommend wasting the time it takes to down a drink in this drinking establishment.

Hmmm, not the biggest fan of chain pubs but O'Neill's is alright actually. The guinness at O'Neill's is nay to shabby and the atmosphere is very pub like, which is a surprise in a chain.
