Unbelievable jeff! 8 Dartboards in the City? Great night there on Wednesday, my company booked the place for a dart "get together" and its was fantastic. Cant fault it, the boards, light and staff, thanks you for a great night. Justin from Nomura.

Superb boozer, 5 dartboards, 3 electronic scoreboards and spotlighted boards - two pool tables, decent prices for the City, run by two of the nicest people you'll ever meet, where nothing is too much trouble.

Thai food is no more, traditional British menu at lunchtimes now with bacon sandwiches and chips my personal favourite.

Darts teams can hire out the boards to play their games, and there's an individual league running seasonally as well in-house, the finals nights are always great nights where it's turned into a live event feel rather than just two blokes playing darts.

Karaoke till late on a Thursday night, excellent sound system and over 10,000 songs on there as well.Recommend to everyone, whether for lunch, darts, pool, karaoke, or all of the above!

I often head down to the Porters Lodge to play a bit of pool with my mates. The staff have always been pleasant, and it's not a bad spot to watch live sport - the publican is a very keen rugby fan. Most of the clientele are regular boozers, so unfortunately your chances of pulling at the Porters Lodge are next to nothing.

A little different now in 2008.
Girls use the place, music is great,Thia food at lunchtimes.
More football and cricket than rugby, all though im sure Rugby is big when its on.
