I booked the whole of the Prince Arthur for my birthday last April and it was absolutely brilliant. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and all my friends loved the venue. The Thai food was excellent as well. The Prince Arthur is definitely worth trying.

What a gem of a pub!

I found it by accident while waiting for a train, but was sold as soon as I went inside. I always go back now and even try to turn up early for my train so I can spend a little longer there relaxing.

Beautifully wood panelled, with very friendly staff, table service, great Thai food, and a large selection of beers, wines and spirits this pub has a very inviting feel to it, and funky music too!

Big thumbs up. Great pub for the lazy, as table service means you don't have to lift yourself of the sofas to order a drink.

Friendly atmosphere with funky people - keep it up!

To put it simply in words, The Prince Arthur is;

Friendly,
Funky,
Yet relaxing & Comfortable.

With soft furnishings, cool music and superb artwork adorning the walls, friendly, efficient (and very helpful) staff, this makes for a great place to not only visit, but to make it your local...trust me it will be the beginning of a love affair, as you will just want to go back.

The Thai food is also excellent, and Sunday afternoons attract some of the best Jazz musicians in the country to eke out some smooth tunes...in those lazy Sundays,and it's free.

Simply put, couldn't ask for much more.
