We visited the Prince of Wales for a birthday lunch and had very poor customer service, disinterested staff and a long wait for food to arrive. I ordered food on a bed of pan fried spinach, only to be presented without the spinach as they had run out. I was told that the waiter should have informed me of this, but this did not happen. The staff were very rude and the quality of the food I got was so low that I resented having to pay.


We should have listened to the reviews given elsewhere on the web. I will never go back to the Prince of Wales and will tell all people I know to avoid it.

I went to the Prince of Wales on a Wednesday night so it was pretty quiet. The decor is really nice and it is open and airy. The food is good, really nice and well priced, they also has a not too bad wine list.
I think the Prince of Wales is really on the right track for a good bar/restaurant.
