The gents toilets disgusting -in both cubicles: the cubicle doors dont close properly or lock, the toilet seats do not fit, the flush does not work properly, and in both cubicles there were several sharp ended screws were sticking through the walls.

The soap dispensers empty or broken, taps unsecured - twisting round as you try to use them, and the hot water running dangerously hot.

I asked to reserve two tables, it was great. We were in a separate area with no much que at the bar and cooler.

The staff was nice and helpful; the food was good and the portions were generous.

I have to strongly disagree with some of the previous comments. The Queen Mary is a fantastic place to party with your friends. It has a fantastic atmosphere all year round, and the staff are so helpful.


My friends and I visit quite often and always have a fantastic time. The bouncers are so kind and helpful as are the barstaff and manager. From what the other people are saying it sounds like a completly different place! Everyone visit the Queen Mary - it's fab.

We went to the TS Queen Mary for a wedding reception. The food was good, and the atmosphere was great. All the staff were fantastic - everyone was so friendly and helpful. I have decided that I will have my wedding there. They even have a full wedding licence, and the decor is beautiful.


I would recommend the TS Queen Mary to anyone who would like a beautiful but unusual venue for their special party or event.

Went to TS Queen Mary on Saturday evening for a friend's birthday. The evening was ruined by the arrogant and aggressive bouncers at TS Queen Mary and the manager who clearly have no concept of Customer Service. Don't bother with this overrated club.

I went to the TS Queen Mary and was greeted at the door by the rudest bouncer ever. He asked if we were expecting supermarket prices when we requested a better price than the standard cover charge when there were 7 of us. And this was five minutes after they had started charging.

I raised this to the manager who assured us this was not standard practise. When we left TS Queen Mary we were requested to leave the premises because we were being "aggressive" when we were waiting to say goodbye to our friend who's birthday it was, when we were standing by the door in a very ordinary fashion. No surprise it was the exact same bouncer. I was disappointed with an establishment who has a reputation of having superior service to be treated like cheapskates and agressive individuals. I hope everyone will take note and realise that this venue is completlety overrated in its respect.
