My family and I stayed near the Redan in October 2004 for a week and found it irresistible. I would suggest this fine pub for anyone who wants a pleasant time accompanied by great food and drink. The employees working at the Redan were especially kind and easygoing.

The Redan is traditional pub atmosphere in an area full of Eastern influenced places. They serve good fish and chips and the ale is also good. There are generally a few tourists at the Redan, go in and have a beer while waiting for the laundrette over the road!! They also have a good screen for watching sport.
