The most unprofessional and disorganised management that I have ever experienced. We booked our Christmas party well in advance giving notice that we have a couple of under 18's as part of our team and some others that don't drink alcohol, incl. me cause I am 7 month pregnant, so we were offered a couple of different wristbands. Non- alcoholic 3 drinks for £10 and 3 drinks for £15 if u chose to have alcohol plus food. As we arrive at the venue happy to get into the groove. We straightaway hold off by entrancestaff. When speaking to the woman that we booked with, she mentioned that apparently it would have been ok for us to get in with them between mon- fri before 7 but not on a Saturday night. What???? We paid £200 quit deposit for an event we booked with her for Saturday at 7.30pm. Telling her we got a couple of under 18s upfront. Cause she said it was ok and offered us the non alcoholic option that we booked the venue in the first place. Now 22 people looking to have a christmas team party were being treated rudely, disrespectfully, unprofessionally with no peopleskills at the entrance and told, even though it was their mistake we wouldn't even get the deposit back either. Unbelievable. Never seen a business run so badly with a management with no managementskills whatsoever. Luckily we were accompanied by a restaurant nearby and ended up having a good time. But i' ll never go back there.
The worst pub in London.
I've been there twice (I wanted to give it a second chance) and every time the same problem: huge queues after 7pm, slow service, unfriendly staff and they got my order wrong twice.
Maybe it's a good pub if you want to go crazy, drink a lot, spend a lot of money and that's it... if you are not young and crazy anymore, just avoid it.

Where do I start??!! Had a birthday party to attend last weekend. I've arrived around 9 pm to a massive queue of 16 and 17 year olds outside! Went straight to the doorman and explained that we have an invitation to the party upstairs within the reserved area. He nodded his head and told us to stand at the back of the queue!!
At this point the host of the party we were invited to, came outside to speak to the manager, who still refused to let us in!! Anyway while we were having this argument, a number of bouncers friends just strolled in!
Follwing the 20 min argument at the door we decided to head home as we weren't getting anywhere with the staff.
I work in Richmond and on few occassions, I came to Revolution for lunch with few work mates. The staff were slow to serve us and we ended up waiting for our food for 45 minutes, dispite the restaurant being almost empty. And if this wasn't enough, when the food finaly arrived they've messed up the order and we were short of two main meals.
I don't think I will ever go back or recommend it to anyone.
There is nothing revolutionary about this place!
