I had wicked night there last saturday, I didnt try the food but like who judges a pub on its food?? I came for a drink and a good time!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Let it be known that if I could I would not even give this place one star. Myself and a group of friends arrived at the venue and entered after seeing particular food advertised outside (i.e.) pie, hot drinks etc. When we entered we were informed that they had nothing on the menu by one member of staff and all they had was thai food, one of my friends was served by another staff member and got his desired meal. The staff serving drinks was very rude, bickering amongst themselves and extremely condescending to customers. We decided to order food but this turned into a calamity as it took an eternity to come to the table. I ordered squid which was left on a side table opposite our table for 10 minutes, one friend was served his meal 20 minutes before everyone else, the other meals came out at different times and one friend was not served his dish at all. When he questioned where his food was with the waiter the waiter effectively told him that he was a liar and he did not order any food. My friend showed him the receipt and the waiter still did not believe him and begrudgingly accepted that he had actually ordered a meal and did not apologise at any point. The service was extremely casual and quite frankly rude. Myself and my friends are normal modest people, we are not pretentious in the slightest and I would not ordinarily write such a review but this place was extremely pretentious, the staff were rude, completely uninterestered and argumentative (as we were waiting to be served staff members were openly swearing at customers) and I would thoroughly recommend that people do not visit them and give them the grace of your time and money.

Do NOT go here. The worst meal of my life. Awful staff, service was disgraceful - I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I went with 5 friends, our food was brought our separately (the time between the first and last meal was 40mins). The staff that brought out the meals, mixed up the orders so I ate a chicken phad thai which I thought was vegetarian as it was mixed with tofu (I have been brought up vegetarian, and never once eaten meat so for me it wasn't a pleasant experience). I understand accidents happen but when I complained to the manager they wouldn't apologise or take responsibility for the mix up. After reluctantly giving us a refund (which we had to insist upon) the waiter asked us to leave!!! I approached the manager to tell him, and the waiter lied flat out and said he never did such a thing!
