Plates were dirty and greasy and staff was so rude that made you feel unwelcome. Food and drinks were way overpriced, and the steak was overcooked. Staff was annoyed when I asked for the details of the bill. It is probably the worst restaurant I have ever been.

I had a lovely lunch at Simpsons Tavern last week and very much enjoyed the old fashioned traditional atmosphere they have there. The staff were very friendly and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed. I would recommend Simpsons Tavern for a quiet pint and an easy lunch.

Simpson's Tavern serves good old fashioned English grub to keep you warm in winter! The pie and chips is unbeatable and the cheese on toast's not bad either.

Simpson's Tavern gets really busy as it's so good. Get there early to avoud disappointment!

Simpsons Tavern is not somewhere you take someone to impress them, the service is shocking and the drinks are over priced.
Don't even bother with the restaurant Simpsons Tavern serves meals that aren't much better than a school dinner.
The place is usually pretty busy, but probably doesn't get much return business.
