Good food, reasonably priced in a nice old time pub first class service in a lovely atmosphere.

A group of us visited the Spread Eagle after the FA Cup final. The staff were courteous and friendly and the locals were lovely and welcoming. The landlord was extremely helpful, which made our visit most enjoyable. I will definitely use this pub when I visit London again.

The Spread Eagle was full of loud rugby guys the night we were there. They dominated the place for a while until the manager persuaded them to move on. Apart from that the pub is a nice little place, handy to Oxford street. They have seating outside for when the sun's out. The beer is good and they have a big screen for the sport.
