Artisan of Clerkenwell is where I chose to eat
Service and selection will be hard to beat
The price was fair
Somewhere so nice is so rare
It’s a wonderful place for people to meet

When we arrived the greeting was great
For our table that we booked about eight
The service was quick
Was professional and slick
At no time did we ever have to wait

The staff tend to every need
The drinks are best of the breed
We had a great night
We’re returning Friday night
As are our friends who are following our lead

The menu catered for everyone
The décor is wonderfully done
Food cooked to a tee
Here you can see
You’ll have a night of great food, great service and fun

Its easily 5 out of 5
I’ve been to plenty of other places which are a dive
So what a refreshing change
With great service and range
To this level is what others should strive.

I'd had several friends speak about how nice the Artisan of Clerkenwell so thought I would check it out.

I'm glad I did as it ticked every box. Staff were really friendly and attentive, good selection of food and drinks. In our group was a wide range of tastes but everything was catered for.

Food and drinks were really great value and the atmosphere of the venue and the staff made it an excellent evening.

I've been back since to see if it was a one off positive experience but absolutely not, second time round they ticket every box again.

I dont normally recommend places to friends but I've made an exception for the Artisan of Clerkenwell and have recommended to all my friends. Several have been and all come back with big thanks for recommending such a nice place.

I'll be a regular visitor.

Fantastic service, good quality food and a great selection of wines.

Took a few customers out for a business lunch / drinks at the Artisan of Clarkenwell and from the moment we arrived we had brilliant service. I hadn’t booked anything and was still able to get a table for 4 despite it being quite packed. Had an amazing waitress who was obviously busy, but went out of her way to run through the wine list and menu with us. Food was served very quickly considering the amount of people that were already seated before us. And the food was great quality and decent sized servings. I had the potted shrimp and the steak which were both delicious. A few of the others had scotched egg and pot pie which also looked good. After our meal we stayed on and drank a few (too many) bottles of wine. Through the entire time we were waited on by very attentive and friendly staff. This was the first time at The Artisan of Clarkenwell and will definitely not be my last. Well done and highly recommend.

Great refurbishment. Now a very nice place. Good food, good beer, good wine and very good prices. Even the staff seem to be enjoying themselves now. Definitely going back
