The bell and compass represents all that is good about english public houses. Fine ales and a sterling atmosphere make this the perfect destination for working gentlemen. The hearty food keeps all in high spirits when washed down with the wide selection of beverages available. To drinking men this is bliss. bravo

Formerly The Griffin now this pub is The Bell & Compass and I love it. Great table service, great food and it looks great. I was in The Bell & Compass on Sunday 15/12/2006 eating and drinking and listening to live jazz. Thanks to the team.
