While it's immeasurably superior to the old Slug & Lettuce bar, and perhaps testament to the exodus of Antipodeans from the SW6 area a couple of years ago, the Fulham Broadway Bar & Grill isn't quite the jewel of Fulham Broadway that it could be.

I agree with whoever said that the crowd here has aged somewhat, and I think that's a good thing. This is no longer the venue of loud, antisocial 1am ejectees but it does make for a curious ambience inside.

It's generally pretty busy, and has a plush feel to it. On Friday/Saturdays there is a DJ but the mix of music and the feel of the crowd never quite gel. The food is above average and prices here feel about right for a nice SW London bar on the high street.

It's currently the venue of choice for Friday night drinks at my workplace so I see more of the place than I should, and while nicer bars can be found within walking distance, for convenience this is a smart enough choice, I suppose.

Also bar staff not friendly and grumpy.

I went here at the suggestion of a friend. We went for brunch but ended up having Roast. It was cooked to perfection, including crispy roast potatoes, huge york-shire pudding and the tenderest beef I have ever had outside a Michelin star. The Bloody Mary's were lovely and they even made a special dippy egg and chips for the little one. My only regret is I over ate and didn't have room for the home made rice pudding! We will have to return for that. On top of that the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

Dull for anyone under 30, seems to have replaced heathens with a much older generation. Still has the 10 odd TV Screens and there is a distinct lack of atmosphere. Over priced for what it is (min. £4/pint and wine up to £20 for 2 glasses?!). Much better places in the local area to enjoy a better and cheaper drink.

Havent tried the restaurant but going from the bar downstairs there is a McDonalds a short walk away which I presume would be on a par.

My boyfriend and I went to the broadway bar and grill along with another couple for my birthday! We had such a great night. Great food, exceptional value, gorgeous food and very accommodating staff. I ate linguine which was absolutely full of great flavours, the boys had steak which was cooked to perfection! Although mine was great I had huge food jealousy! Cocktail menu is really good, I sampled at least 4 and they didn't disappoint. This place comes highly recommended from me!

Went to The Broadway Bar and Grill on Sunday to sample their roast and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The portions are huge and they put the right amount of gravy on your plate, which I am a bit of a stickler for. I can be quite fussy when it comes to roasts, so I was surprised that they ticked all the boxes with my requirements. My boyfriend had the opportunity to watch the footie, whilst I sat back, had a decent glass of red and tucked into their awesomely light cheesecake. I can see that this is going to become my new favourite haunt. A massive improvement on its previous incarnation!

This has got to be one of my favourite new places in the area; great food, cosy, great wine, delicous cocktails and a few metres from my house - perfect!

What a pleasant surprise - I don't usually like this kind of place, but my friend and I were shopping on Sunday and needed somewhere to get a glass of wine so popped in. We were so impressed that we ended up staying for something to eat and spent a very enjoyable couple of hours relaxing and chatting. We even got talking to the staff who all seemed friendly and helpful - although I think I ate a bit too much and shouldn't have had that extra pudding (but I couldn't resist). Great atmosphere, a nice choice of wine and lovely food and an especially good looking waiter means that we'll be back.

What West London has been waiting for. The Broadway Bar and Grill is worlds away from what it used to be. The decor and incredibly helpful staff meant guests looked relaxed and happy. The cocktail menu and wine lists are sublime - loved the homemade infused spirits, great idea!

The upstairs restaurant is a haven from the busy Fulham Broadway. The standard is clearly taken up a few notches from the downstairs bar. A chic, stylish and comfortable dining room, offering appealing, expertly cooked dishes. The menu has the best selection of steaks I've seen in a long time. They're on to a winner with this.

This place tries too hard, unfortunately it's still the Slug, with an older crowd, slapped up with better furniture. It's more like a pub than a 'grill', so if you're expecting what a normal grill-house would offer... head to Speak Easy. Or if you're in the area head to one of the other pubs e.g the malthouse, white horse - better atmosphere, soul and food! For all its downfalls, the staff are really lovely.

Great decor, great food - all reasonably priced for a bit of a more "upmarket" meal or a few drinks after work with friends/colleagues. Staff are friendly and polite and the Brassa grill is well worth sampling.

All in all a wonderful experience - we'll be back. Often!

This place has been long overdue in Fulham - finally a respectable place with a lovely atmosphere has arrived. I'm afraid we live in London these prices are to be expected of any decent place now. Actually, very reasonable for a brilliant nights entertainment!
The food and drink is brilliant and I recommend it to anyone who lives nearby.

Admittedly an improvement on the previously worn decor though all of the 10 or so tv screens remain.

Friendly enough, but £4+ for a pint and close to £20 for 2 glases of wine. Been 2/3 times since opening and it has been relatively busy but a much older crowd than most of Fulham and can't help but feel it's a bit soulless.

Definitely better and cheaper places to have a drink in the area.
