I just would like to let you know that The Cuban bacame an horrible place since when the owner changed more than one year ago...the new one doesn't know anything about restaurants and bar and ruined a place that was lovely!! Service is very very bad, management inconsistent (actually I don't think there is even a Manager?!), drinks and food really bad and crazy prices!
The Cuban used to be very very busy: lovely music, excellent cocktails, great food, good service, good management...now everything is different and the place is usually empty.
I wish it was remain the same...what a pity!!

We were unfortunately very disappointed with the Cuban bar. We specifically headed to this one for a Cuban evening out, hoping for some cocktails and good food. We booked a table for dinner at 8.45pm and arrived at 7.30pm for some pre dinner drinks. There were a list of happy hour cocktails on the wall which we thought we'd order. Unfortunately they didn't have the ingredients to make a single one. We asked for a drinks menu but they couldn't provide one, so we opted instead for pina coladas only to be told they were out of coconut milk. When we asked what drinks they could make we were told, mojitos without the lime as they were all out. I don't really think being able to make one cocktail at a cocktail bar on a Friday night is acceptable.
We found our booked table and started to look at the menus about 8.30pm (15 minutes earlier than our booked slot). A waitress came over to inform us that the kitchen had now closed and stopped serving food! Unbelievable as we'd pre booked this table for this specific time.
So after one cocktail which we didn't want and hungry for the dinner we didn't get, we headed somewhere else.
For a Cuban bar on a Friday night in London, we certainly did not get even the bare minimum. Unfortunately would not recommend.
Wish I could put a 0 star rating. Will never go there again. Went with some colleagues some time ago. When we asked the barman for how long our food will take, he responds with 'if you can't wait you can go next door'. Didn't even apologise when he was told he was out of order. Rude waiters/waitresses.
I was at the cuban with my girlfriend i booked a table for two, its was a surprise dinner for her birthday, i enjoyed every minute of it food service and the music was excellent. Would recommend the cuban bar to anyone. Well im going their for my birthday with my girlfriend on the 27th should be good. Cant wait.
