Dargle sounds like gargle, but you’ll be wanting to swallow the food here, not swish it round your mouth. That would be just rude. Get down to Dargle tonight.

I was impressed by the atmosphere at The Dargle Restaurant. It is a very friendly place, with lovely staff and a great sense of typically Irish enthusiasm. A close neighbour to Waxy O'Connors, Dargle is definitely one to visit again. Hopefully for more of their excellent food and a few well poured pints.
