The George is surprisingly a descent place to go to for pre-party drinks, or just to hang out for a laid back evening with mates or dates. It's quite hard to put down exactly what it is I like about The George.


It's not gastro nor is it an old traditional boozer. Maybe the in between is what's needed when one is stuck in the same old square bars of the City. There's definitely a mixed crowd here, and lots of good looking people who seem only intent on enjoying themselves.
