Awesome Pub! I had a party upstairs recently and I couldn't I have been more pleased with how it went. The manager organised everything I needed and the buffet was truly superb. Its a very well run pub and the staff are always friendly. It has a great wine list and also 5 ales on tap. I would recommend to anyone for a party or just a drink with a few friends.
Grafton Arms - Best Pub in central London!
I come here every time i'm in the area. Great roof terrace and the staff are always so friendly, definitely worth a visit!
I work near enough to the Grafton Arms to call it my local. It is the best pub in town.
They always have a fantastic selection of bitters and good lagers. I hear the food is good too. The Bar manager and staff work very hard, and are very sociable, there are always enough staff to cope with the customers demands. I reserved the upstairs bar and roof garden for my 50th birthday party, I could not have enjoyed myself more.

Bar staff are really helpful with a good rapport with clientele.
Has the convenience of both a bar garden and an upstairs room that compensates for the slightly narrow groundfloor area. The broad outdoor paved area means you are not at risk of spilling over into the road.
Have been there on several occasions after work and have booked the upstairs room for team quiz night.
Suffice to say I am a happy customer!
Best pub in the area!
I frequently come here for after work drinks and the service is always quick with the friendliest bar staff I have experienced in a long time, they are always willing to have a chat and a bit of banter.
They have 5 real ales on tap with a good range of lagers to choose from as well. The roof terrace is brilliant for summer drinks or work functions.
All round great pub!
A pub with a roof garden in W1? And you can reserve a table in the sun on a Friday lunch time - what more could you ask for?! Well worth the walk for those who work in Soho where kerbside drinking is the best you can get.
I booked the 'function room' at The Grafton Arms on a Tuesday at 7pm. The room wasn't actually separated from the rest of the pub in any way and our tables were unreserved - subsequently we tried to have a quiet meeting in a heaving mass of drunken people! The upstairs room is also meant to be fashionably smoke free but staff made no efforts to enforce this rule. The chief barmaid appeared drunk in charge but attempted to make amends by offering us a round of drinks for free. I won’t be going back to The Grafton Arms.
