Had a lovely meal in here on Friday night. It was heaving ! excellent service and friendly staff. would recommend to anyone, especially if you want a good feed ! Nice wine list too. My mate had a pint of ale which was tops too, apparently they have a very good reputation for these as well. all in all brilliant !

The staff is always friendly and welcoming at The Junction Tavern, beer is a little over priced for the area but the food can be excellent. I have had a couple of very good meals in here but occasionally I have felt a little let down. However, I would recommend it to any one in the area. It’s got a little garden out the back, where you can forget your location.
I have been guilty of popping in to The Junction Tavern for a pint and staying all evening, which I guess is a good sign.

To be honest, I don't think I'd ever have visited The Junction Tavern if my girlfriend didn't live so close - it isn't in the nicest of areas. It's quite a cool place for dinner though, and the wine's cheap, which means I can bring the missus to the Junction Tavern, ply her with booze and be in her good books for weeks.

There is a huge beer garden at the Junction Tavern! Fantastic food, with really friendly staff. The night we went there was no room in the restaurant, we ate in the conservatory which was lovely ! We were told it is always best to book on any night later in the week, and definitely Sundays. Is mentioned also in the Michelin guide.
