Spent only 2 days in London and stop by the Metropolitan Bar for Dinner and a few drafts.

Loved the place, we have nothing like this in Canada....Loud, but very personable.

Definitely agree with the previous comment, - a fairly standard pub, - but not bad as far as JD Wetherspoons go. Nothing to get to excited about, - but there is a lot of space, and the standard JDW fare, - so not a bad place to find yourself.

As Wetherspoon's go, this one isn't too bad. Obviously not one to spend your whole evening in, but not bad as a starting point for an evening out, or as a place to have a couple of drinks after work.

The Metropolitan Bar does get busy, but there's plenty of space to sit/stand, although the bar staff do struggle to keep up with the demand. Its handy location just outside Baker St tube is also a big bonus.

The Metropolitan Bar is another Wetherspoons classic. Cheap Guinness is a real bonus here. They decor is pretty cool once you're past the entrance, check out the lighting on the roof. The Metropolitan Bar has got cute bar girls and even on a Friday you only have to wait about 5 mins max.
