Ate here yesterday with my boyfriend and friend. Suffering all night and today with food poisening. Food looks good. Very greasy. Very dodgy

Absolutely great food, I am sure,but only IF their little lift delivering food works.Furthermore, quite an empty pub compared to all the others in the area on Saturday evening (or any other evening in general).This is of no surprise since the manager Alan, who happened to be in charge on August 14, really could not have cared less about an unhappy hungry customer such as myself and thought a refund would be more than enough to compensate me for my 40 minutes of a patient wait for a burger.No drink or another meal offered and even glad that I was going to leave the premises.I guess this is because the pub has enough customers per day why bother with little tiny obnoxious normal looking me without any tattoos, moon boots, cleavage or nose earrings.After all,I do not look important , or even mildly scary for the area of Camden so why bother to even compensate me, a local resident, with a drink or another burger on the house.Moreover, I am nothing else but a 'nasty bitch' ( his words exactly)according to Alan because at the end of the day he is the one running the pub working in Camden looking cool while fiddling with his mobile all evening sending texts....hopefully to the maintenance staff to fix the little food elevator so no more people like myself end up going down to the Lock Tavern for a lamb burger with beetroot salad and chips where the atmosphere is far more welcoming and the place is constantly full.

nice atmosphere. went there as part of a crawl with some mates and we ended up staying there all night.

a lot nicer since it was refurbished. I've been there a couple of times at night and during the day.

They've got some really good things going on in between the general Camden stuff.

During the day it was nice and relaxed and has good food. :)

Enticed in at the weekend by a board outside that said "Grimble and Porn £3", I went in mistakenly thinking that there might be some kind of porn show going on, but apparently it's the name of one of the DJ's.not quite sure what the theme of the music they were playing was supposed to be, but it was a great night, and I got a free inflatable guitar out of it, which was cool.

Great pub if you want a dose of live rock, Metalworks are there most sundays playing classic rock songs. hope to get back down soon!!

Only ever been on a sunday night to see the resident rock band Metalworks, but I'll say this if you like your rock its the place to go!!!
