Visited last night and had a lovely evening. The barman was lovely, friendly and very attentive. Had a few cocktails, barmen knew his stuff and even tried teaching us a move or two!
the decor is nice and chilled, comfy sofas and outside patio for those summer evenings.
Had some bar snacks, value for money indeed, got loads of food for the price.
Would recommend to anyone and we will be going back :)
Staff are very welcoming and charming.
One star, though I want to give it no stars.
A few words - Learn to mix cocktails, and don't overload a cocktail with Ice. An old fashioned made with liquid sugar, no orange peel and a ton of ice which actually diluted the bourbon. Bar person not taking any care over the making. Charged £8 for the pleasure of an absymally made cocktail.
If you have to come here, stick to the basics. If you are looking for well made cocktails and attentative service head for Chiswick.
There are no shortage of excellent pubs in Brentford, though a decent cocktail bar would be good. This isn't it. Don't know how the bar got a 5 star rating. Are staff writing their own reviews?
I was impressed by the quality of the fillet steak. It was just right. Got my own gluten free sauce and that was also quite right. The personal service by a "Lithuanian princess" was the final touch. I will be back!. You did well!

I took a business client to lunch here and the food was excellent and the service brilliant. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to others (I even brought some of the food back to my office and they loved it too!). Thank you.
The Old Firestation is a fantastic place, very lush, and the food and service were fantastic. We held a fancy dress party there and it was perfect! Thank you to all the staff at The Old Firestation.
It's about time Brentford got a quality place like The Old Firestation. They have a cocktail bar and the cocktails served at The Old Firestation are sublime! We had dinner here last week and it was delicious. Everyone was very impressed and loved the plush surroundings.
