I visited this venue on 15th January 2012, the attitude of both the staff and management absolutely stink, they care nothing of customers and would not even honour their own special offer vouchers citing rules on use that were not stated in the offer or on the voucher. This place does not deserve to be in business there are many more venues in London that are far better than this.
The staff and management need to attend customer care training.
I always overlooked the sauna bar and never visited until recently when they had a £5 offer in QX. It is not brilliant but for what it is, it is OK. Clean and the staff are friendly, the crowd pretty chilled, no attitude, the atmosphere was generally relaxed. Small intimate venue, great for after party at weekends. Drinks reasonably priced. It is not at all bad.
. A really nice place, very friendly, and one does not feel out of place at anytimes. Not at all intimidating and generally has a good crowd! Been visiting it since 2003 and Wud recommend it anytime, always!
I went today for the first time, the place was ok, clean, nice people BUT the staff at the front desk STUPID, they laugh at you and make you feel terrible,I don't understand how you hire people like that,,,IDIOTS,, so Never go there,,,
The Sauna Bar is a gay sauna facility with a licensed bar. Bit of a cruise venue with lots of hot men. The Sauna Bar is popular and a fun place to go.
