The Dog is a very fine place to drink - especially in summer as it has a very good beer garden. Only downside is it's a bit on the pricy side.

The Spotted Dog is a comfy pub that I would willingly go to just to slob out on the sofa. They do a good pint and some wicked food. I would quite happily live at The Spotted Dog if they would let me.

I like The Spotted Dog very much. The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff are knowledgable without being snobby. They serve good food and their wines are good quality. Overall, I don't think that you can get much better than The Spotted Dog.
