I Loved The Thirsty Bear, there was a warm welcome as soon as i walked through the door which more than made up for the miserable weather outside. I sat at 'The Coffee Table' which had very comfy sofas and started playing around with the iPad before pouring myself a pint of Amstel without even having to get up! I then ordered some food, I had 'The Works' Burger which was a huge burger with cheese, bacon, jalapeños and caramelised onions served with handcut proper chips which was delightful and great value. The service was very good and all of the staff were very warm and welcoming. I will be telling all of my friends about this place and will certainly be coming back!
