The Trading House is a gourmet jewel in the heart of the diamond dealers of Hatton Garden. The food, from London’s youngest star chef, Tim Haigh, is sublime and well deserving of recent praise. Impeccable service an extensive wine list and NY inspired cocktails complete the picture. The Conran furnished, wireless enabled interior has both an informal bar area and a swish, upscale restaurant.
