I love The Victoria. Since it changed hands and had its refit, it has definitely become my favourite pub in the area. It has wicked food every day and night with the best Sunday Roast and an all-day brunch on Saturdays (massive portions!), real ales, sport, papers, sofas, a non-smoking section, outside tables, a pool table...what more could you want? Oh yes, and The Victoria has Boogie the dog, a Sunday quiz with free half-time food & the bar staff are pretty cool too.

The Victoria is great - we live really close by and it's always a great place to drop in for an after work beer or to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon with mates, enjoying their fantastic roast lunch. The decor is really nice, but not too 'trendy,' so it still feels like a good local pub. The Victoria used to be a real dive, but since it's had a refurbishment it's well worth a visit and highly recommended.
