Worst roast i have ever eaten!!!!!!Seven of us ate here today and all had similar problems. Veg cold, cauliflower that looked dirty, yorkshire puds colder than outside - how is that possible. Potatoes not cooked on inside and one slice of average grade beef all for £13. Complained to the girl who brought our food and she was very apologetic and they refunded our money - did not warrant an appearance from the manager although we asked to speak to him. All well and good refunding our money, but being served food that bad ruined our Sunday afternoon. We definitely will not be back!

Nice interior and atmosphere! Great place to meet up with some friends. Many drinks to choose from at a reasonable price. There is also a really nice looking outdoors bit which I would have gone to, if it hadn't been so cold outside! Food looked pretty yummy too!

Well, Well, Well, The Woolpack has done well for itself.

Not been in for 6months or so due to the surly Eastern European staff, but I popped in yesterday afternoon and they’d been totally replaced by a polite and friendly group of guys and girls.

They’ve refurbed the toilets, and also upstairs (which always looked great) but now is decked in black leather banquets which were great for having lunch on.

The food was fresh and well cooked, and service was impeccable. The missus had a lemon cheesecake Martini which she said was divine (although tad sweet for me) & thankfully they still do the Guest Ales.

All in all, this hidden Gem is a Gem again, not sure if they’ve had a change of management or what but they’ve now even got a twitter page! Safe to say we’ll be back again

This was formally a great pub. The staff are rude, and the beer tastes stale...

I do not think the lines have been cleaned for a long while. The food is below mediocre and certainly does not justify the prices.

A change a staff and a look at hygiene and the Woolpack could return to its former glory.

My favourite pub in the world, ever!
Yummy food - best steak I have ever had!
Good selection of drinks
Great atmosphere!
Fantastic staff!
Love the games machine. Slightly addicted to space invaders even though I'm absolutely rubbish at it!
Off there tomorrow for grub, much looking forward to the aforementioned steak. mmmmmm!!

The Woolpack is a great place around London Bridge area! They have unique hyper friendly staff and amazing world music, not the commercial boring stuff. Congratulations to The Woolpack managment. It is definitely the place to be.

Nice pub the Woolpack. Glad to see it mentioned here as proper old London pubs don't get enough publicity I think - it's always the new Wetherspoons style ones that don't have any personality that get pushed. I think that more people should know about The Woolpack as it is a genuine, interesting place.
