A usual meeting point on various Friday nights or Sunday relaxing pints, but for me this bar has an air or pretence about it. Staff always seem moody and opinionated, the music is always off and on, and the atmosphere always changes. But never the less the bar has it's qualities, good selection of spirits and beers, with the odd nice bar snack. For me I prefer it during the day, or off I get my usual spot on the outside table. :)
Not one for Soho bars on a Friday but went here this last . staff were great and so was the atmosphere so if your in carnaby go here
I was downstairs in the “Hawaiian-themed” bar (decorated like a children’s soft play area on a £25 budget) on Friday night. It wasn’t the greatest night, the music was poor and the service was terrible, but it got a lot worse. I saw the barmaid try to pour us some drinks in glasses that had clearly already been used. When I asked her if they were clean, she got ultra defensive and started shouting in front of everyone standing at the bar. It was very embarrassing for everyone not to mention unprofessional. Suffice to say, I didn’t hang around and shan’t be going back to Two Floors or recommending this venue. One to avoid people!

I thought Two Floors would have had its day by now. Glad to see its still going. Best tiem to go is in the summer when you can spill out into the street.
We went to meet friends at Two Floors and got there early. Despite there being only one other couple trying to get served at the bar we were waiting 25 mins.
There were 3 or 4 bar staff and it was pretty obvious we were waiting (£20 in hand). Two of them just blatantly ignored us and kept disappearing while another was pouring himself shots of tequila. We honestly might as well have been invisible.
To be quite honest I felt Two Floors was over rated in the positive reviews below. It is full of pretentious clicky groups. The bar was far too over crowded and under staffed, they were most slow and disorganised team of staff I have ever be served by. The beer at Two Floors is still warm and they had to stop serving it as it was taking too long to serve as the monkey changing the barrel must of dropped it on his head, which in turn made the service even slower.
The music was not only poor but so loud, so loud that I find it had to believe that people go there to catch up with friends. I have been to better places and recomend that anyone looking for a good night out to find somewhere else to go.
I have to agree with the positive reviews of Two Floors. Being one who goes out to bars way too often with friends, I was taken there by a friend one day and never caught the name of the bar. As stated, it's not posted which was why for the next 4 visits I still didn't know the name of Two Floors, which to me made it even better, until I made friends with the barman and he stated the name.
Those who didn't like the bar must have been looking for glamour, but Two Floors is as someone stated before, a retreat. I couldn't think of a better description. It is where you go to still be at a bar, but feel like youre far removed from the bustle of London. You can strip off the world and get down to a simple time enjoying those you're with or meet.
Keep in mind Two Floors isnt just a tricky name, there are TWO floors. I enjoy the downstairs Tiki area for quiet one on one time with close friends and catching up. I highly reccomend trying out one of the two.
I have got to say I think the reviews for Two Floors are waytoo favourable. I found the staff dopey and slow, the drinks expensive, the seating uncomfortable, and the (too loud) music was pants! Maybe I went to Two Floors on a bad day, but I'd suggest trying one of the dozen or so other bars/pubs within a few yards of the place.
Two Floors is one of the friendliest bars in London. They always have a great night going on in here. Finally Two Floors have sorted out their warm beer and now every one of them is super cold. It's just a shame it closes so early.
Sad to see some of the other reviews putting Two Floors down. Two Floors is a nice, unassuming, chilled out bar where you can get away from the eccentricities of Soho and the suits of Hanover.
Two Floors is not so much a destination venue than a retreat, perfect to catch up and chill out. It's definitely in my top ten.
You're making Two Floors sound far too exciting! It reminded me of the kind of grubby, dirty little bars you go to as a student in search of something cool and end up sitting in a bar that's overrated and boring. The review of Two Floors is too kind in my opinion.
I love it Two Floors. It reminds me of home, a funky chilled out bar full of chilled out people. Th only problem is it's not open long enough. The music's hot, the people are friendly and the talent is well, not bad if I do say so myself. I'm thinking it will become my local (that's not local). Hands up for Two Floors!
Two Floors has been going downhill for a while now...staff are slow serving, warm beer and overpriced spirits, crowd looks like something out of the lonely hearts pottery club!
