Such a brilliant pub. Amazing craft beers, great ales and the food was top notch (We had a burger and the pasta) will certainly become my local in Palace now. great work guys
Very disappointing - too crowded, Raw meat, cold plates, food came out in 5 minute intervals after asking where our vegetables were we all had dry cold food - which in my opinion is overpriced - whats happened Westow? such a shame
My local. Used to be my absolute favourite in CP, though sadly they've changed their menu, so now the bar snacks are pretentious, overpriced but without the quality to back it up. Shame. :-(
Now one of my favourite pubs/bars. It's big, almost historic. The decor is so elegant and antic. They have table tennis, arcade and foosball. It turns into a bit of a club late on Fridays and Saturdays, but its good music, good drinks, good crowd, and you always geta seat! Best of all, easy to get home from there. For me
Lovely selection of different beers and drinks in a nice big pub. some good comfy sofas and a good space to sit outside. The food is tasty and pretty reasonable - the chips are gorgeous, as is the homemade mayonnaise dip.
Not only does it have a pinball machine and pool table, but a full size table tennis table as well! perfect place for spending a lazy afternoon!
Downgraded itself from shabby chic to chavtastic.
Added a pool table, and four bouncers at weekends, to drop the average age and intelligence by about 50%.
Stayed in the Bluebottle 'til late on Saturday night - I think we were chucked out at about 4, which is madness considering we'd been eating in there at 7! I guess that shows you how good The Bluebottle is, we didn't even realise it was home time! Definitely comes recommended.
The Bluebottle is a great place to while away your Sunday as it's a lovely traditional style pub that offers excellent food too. If you like a nice Sunday pub then The Bluebottle should suit your palate.
Bluebottle served us some gorgeous food and made us feel very much at home, which is all I want from a night of dining. On a return visit at the weekend it was full of a younger crowd, so not quite so appealing, but The Bluebottle on a weekday evening is a lovely place to visit.
