We went to this restaurant through an online deal before seeing Wicked. I understand that they need to quickly and cheaply serve a pre-theatre meal but I don't think that was an excuse for the poor quality of food. My starter was a salmon salad which was overdressed, but not too bad. However, my main of seared cod was full of bones and flavourless. It was also overcooked. My husband ordered the lamb shank which was really fatty and gave him indigestion for the rest of the night! The guy who served us was lovely and very attentive but (I'm sorry) he had really bad BO!! Although the theatre deal was cheap, I would have preferred to go to the Wetherspoons around the corner and order the £5 burger and drink deal... at least there you get what you pay for!

2 Bridge Place is OK but can't say I'd really recommend it. The food was nice enough but I think it's really lacking in atmosphere.

Sorry 2 Bridge Place but I don't think I'll be back.
