Went to brunch today with a few friends. Really loved the place previously but the quality of food has deteriorated significantly. Had the sweet potato, pancetta, chorizo and sunny side egg dish. The quality of food was poor at best. The egg was fried to long and came with some grease on top, there was a huge amount of pancetta in the dish (one would really expect just a little bit and a lot more chorizo). Complained but got told that this is how it is. Not sure if this is acceptable for a 11 Pound dish to anyone but I will not go this place any more. Really a shame given that the food and service was soooo much better previously. Just feel that the place has been too successful and they got a bit complacent

Nice place if the attitude would be better. We ordered desserts and tea: quality was good, but service and manner of manager not acceptable! We had to return a dessert due to intolerance (returned it as soon as it was brought to the table) they insisted on charging us for it without even offering to replace it. Manager came and got inappropriately rude ("I do not know how people deal with this where you are from... I have famous customers coming here... you do not know what yelling sounds like yet ...) . We were simply shocked! - completely out of place for a service person and all about a dessert that she simply could not eat. Definitely NOT to be recommended!

Dropped in here recently whilst passing through Notting Hill. A fine range of fashionably organic dishes here but I plumped for the fish and chips and very nice it was too.
