Absolutely appalling service.


I went to this cafe a few weeks ago and I received the most appalling service ever in London. No one knew what they were doing and they kept on passing on the responsibility to someone else and not deal with it. Everyone was stressed out and saying 'I have no idea'.

I then wrote a complaint letter to the manager which was totally ignored. I am never going to return to this place.

Absolutely starving don't go here for a salad. It looks like an appetising enough range but in reality they all have very little taste with far too much raw red onion always a tell tale sign of trying to jazz something up which can't stand up for itself. It's ridiculously overpriced and if you are eating in you still have to manoeuvre a cardboard box and plastic cultery. The only good thing about this shop is the Monmouth coffee. I guess there will be alot of these in the future organic, healthy looking delis which are actually just average rubbish food.

Great place and it has the most beautiful girl working there in the world no joke ! Theres a blonde who is not bad at all but the dark haired one with fantastic eyes oh my god she's like a super model ! might be polish ? ..... WOW !

The most hottest woman I have ever seen in my life


oh, and the foods good hehe
