We were a group of 8 and went to the Al Khayama after seeing all the good reviews. The restaurant is indeed very nice, the staff impeccable, the belly dancer amazing.However the food..... was absolutely horrible. It was Indian food at it's worst disguised as middle eastern food. We complained to the manager who told us that, they did once upon a time have an Arab chef, however due to the tastes of certain customers they found the food bland and to keep these customers happy they got rid of the Arab chef and now have an Indian chef !!!! Beats me why they couldn't keep the Arab chef and get the indian food from downstairs (The Darbar).

HIYA, Well my name is Rayaan last Friday i came to al khayma with my friend we were a huge group...took your card from al khayma..just wanted to say that u guys rock..ur venue is outstanding...loved the food..specially the girl who served us kiran she was really really really kool..never seen such a charming waitress..i m a business man i do many tours....i have been to so many restaurant around the world..but trust me u got a really good waitresses in al khayma...anyways you guys rock...al khayma rocks...keep it up.RegardsRayaan Gillani

I went to Al Khayma last Saturday for one of my mate's bday dinner. We were a group of 17 guys. The food was great and plenty. The waiters were very fast. The place is cleverly done up. The biggest surprise of the night was the belly dancer though. We didn't know that they had entertainment there and I tell you the air stopped when she came to our table. :-D Was great to see some of my friends going shy because of her, hehe! Brilliant night! Will go again for sure!

OMG! The belly dancer is pure hotness!!! The venue looks posh, the staff is polite and serving is fast, plenty of food. Thumps up!

Fantastic! I have been to this place last Saturday. The venue is nicely themed, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, helpful and they have live entertainment in form of a belly dancer who dances great and definitely adds to the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend visiting Al Khayma.
