This is a great little restaurant. The food was fresh and freshly prepared.

If you are a veggie, then the menu is very limited. But they did make a starter into a main course for my girlfriend and it wasn't just extra helping. The tart was larger and obviously specially prepared, so at the least they tried to accomodate.

The wine list was quite good (but over priced in my opinion, but hey that is restaurants for you).

On the whole very good and on a summer evening the area is vibrant and a good place to wander around.

Alastair Little clearly knows exactly what he's doing - apparently this place has been around for a while but I'd never heard of it? According to my friend, that makes me some kind of philistine, and having now eaten at the Alastair Little Restaurant I have to agree with him. Sensational food, stunning service and a lovely environment. Recommended.
