Visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday and i have to say the food was fantastic. The staff where really polite and well mannered and the atmosphere really nice. I had the Calamari Pata for starters and the Tandoori Trout for mains, both were delicious. I would without a doubt recommend this restaurant to anyone and its definitely my new favorite.

What a lovely restaurant! The food is great and the staff are exceedingly well mannered. The menu is impressively varied, served hot and tasty and is also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back again, again, and again!

I was never a great lover of indian food until i tried the alexandra tandoori.

The food is so tasty with all the different herbs and spices.Also you are not limited on portions.

The owner and waiters are second to none.The reataurant has a nice warm atmosphere.

I would not use anywhere else. The best indian for miles.Would recommend if you love indian food.

This is an excellent restaurant. I love going out for an Indian meal and in the area of Highgate / Muswell Hill I have sampled quite a few different experiences.

But Alexandra Tandoori always gives the perfect dining experience and for that reason I dont go anywhere else with my curry partner!

The service is friendly, unassuming, and really importantly not pushy in ordering more food and therefore spending more.

The drinks were ice cold, popadoms crispy and dips plentiful (how i like it - another restaurant gives no were near enough in quantity of these which annoys me), and the dishes are always piping hot and fresh tasting, and not just runny stuff with a few bits of meat in it.

I like to visit on a Friday or Saturday evening and it really is a pleasant atmosphere to be in. I always leave thinking I got a good deal and that I would come again.
