This is my favourite restaurant! Its hidden down a lane by the cricket green in Richmond, but definitely worth finding. The food is always delicious and fresh and the service is wonderful. I'm a coeliac and allergic to garlic, so Italian has sadly been off the menu for some time, but at Amadora if you just let them know when you book (or even if you forget) the chef will happily prepare almost anything to meet your needs. Last time they even apologised for not having had time to make a gluten free cake for dessert! (the mango sorbet was perfect instead though)
Yet another great dinner tonight and genuinely friendly, thoughtful and attentive staff. I really really recommend this lovely little restaurant.
Put as succinctly as possible the food is excellent with a variety of options outside of the standard pasta options on offer at many other Italians. Two small, well decorated rooms provide an intimate and charming atmosphere that is only enhanced by the friendly owner who clearly takes great pride in both the quality of the food and the service. A strange comment for a restaurant but if you can navigate the tight staircase the loo is well worth a visit. However, mind the dimmer light switch by the stairs which apparently turns off all lights in the whole place-this upsets other patrons! Also, please ignore any others postings relating to the limited menu as I fear this may have related to the absence of a deep pan meat feast from the menu.
We stumbled across this beautiful little restaurant last night - what a find! Amazing fresh food, the most delicious house red that I've ever tasted, and really lovely, attentive and friendly service. We will definitely be becoming regulars!
What more can I say except WOW! WOW! WOW!
My friends and I stumbled across this little gem last week and had one of our best evenings out in a long time!
The service was impeccable; attentive without being over bearing the restaurant itself was cosy and friendly but the real show stopper was the food..the best Italian meal any of us have ever had in London..! Amazingly original and beautifully flavoured, the amaretto zabaglione alone is worthy of a second visit!
We will all definitely be going back again! Yum!

We popped into Amadora on Friday night and both ordered the sirloin steak sauted with cognac, and white wine. It was quite simply melt in the mouth delicious, complemented with a gorgeous glass of red. Very cosy ambience, the service is outstanding and just amazing value. Highly recommend
I went with my friends for a meal and this was the most amazing Italian food I have had outside of Italy! The atmosphere was amazing and it was just so fab! would highly recomend it and I will surely be hiring them out for my girlfriends birthday!!
