The lady on the door is still being as rude as ever! It's such a shame as the comedy is usually good and it is good value, but the whole experience becomes sour when you have to deal with such a rude person!We went on Saturday night intending to buy tickets there. We were first in queue, waited in the freezing cold and were then turned away as reservations are let in first. It doesn't say this anywhere on their website.We came back at 8pm as directed by the rude woman and watched her be rude to EVERYONE and some would even say aggressive to some. She shouted at an all male group, accusing them of being a stag do and told them she's throw them out if they were. Come on, this is Soho, you're bound to have some legitimate all male groups!A real shame that one person can let down a decent venue.

This was the most un pleasant & un welcoming comedy club I have ever been to, the lady (said in the loosest terms) but I assume she was a lady that was on the reception desk had the customer service skills of Hitler.

I had Pre booked 16 tickets for my Friends 30th birthday & arrived at the club at 7.30pm as advised.

We were a group of adults (aged between 25 - 55) & as we walked into the club we were in high spirits having a laugh amonst ourselves, one would assume that this is exceptable in a "Comedy Club" being allowed to laugh, with in a minute of being there the most rude & aggresive lady asked us to keep the noise down, which is not what one would expect,

I assumed we missed the sign on the way in that said"No having Fun"?? anyway, she very aggresivley advised us that she did not need our business & we would be asked to leave if we were not quiet,

the ironic thing was that we were all silent as we were so gobsmacked & what was happening there was just no words to describe it, i honestly thought at 1st that it must be part of the comedy show.

Surely when Employing staff for a comedy club the 1st thing that you would look for would be a GSOH, let me just say this woman was about as welcoming & friendly as a king kong, I have never in my life met anyone so rude.

We left the club actually quite relieved that we hadnt given over our £10 each, this place should have to pay customers to go in & warn them of the brash / harsh woman that will greet them.

We found a fantastic club just just round the corner, who were friendly, welcoming & went out of their way to accomodate a large group at such short notice & all the staff had a GSOH & even better it was only £5 to get in..Result!
