Absolutely wonderful experience! My friend and I love cheese and wine and this is just a fantastic place to enjoy both. We have been twice now and the service has been outstanding on both occasions. I also happened to mention it was my friends birthday the second time we went and they organized a happy birthday desert to both our surprise, which really made it extra special! I whole heartedly recommend it! Hose wine was delicious!
I was walking around Brick lane and Old Spitalfields market on Sunday when I found a small treasure, Raclette sandwich and Mulled wine, wow the smell of melted cheese and the spiced wine was all around the market and i could not resist the temptation to stop by. I had toasted Raclette sandwich with bacon and saute onions (saute mushrooms is also available) and mulled wine. Great, the sandwich was rich and cheesy and the mulled wine so comfy and aromatic that i had to have a second taste. After we were browsing around the shop, amazing cheeses and a very smart french guy could not stop to let us try all sort of cheeses. It`s amazing to see so many type of cheeses and they look so great like in a boutique. We tasted a nutty, earthy Comte and a soft and creamy Mont d`Or both of them we brought later at home. The restaurant is cosy and very intimate and we can not wait to come back and try some of their dishes (fondue, raclette, tartiflette and cheese platter). Only three words I love it.
This place is an extremely charming and unique wine bar which caters for anyone who wants a delicious snack, a superb platter of cheese or a delightful meal. I especially love the croque monsieur flavoured with truffle, better than any I have had in France. The wine bar, restaurant and cheese shop are staffed with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff and the welcome by the two brothers who have put their heart and soul in to making this place so great is a welcome that will entice you back time and time again.
I have been there 3 times
Quality of the food, welcome from the 2 brothers and their staff is friendly and they know very well about cheeses and wine
We don't have this quality in France!

Wow I have just been to the most amazing cheese and wine bar. It is situated in Old Spitalfields market and it was a delight. The 2 French boys were well mannered and knowledgeable. The cheese was the best I have tasted for 30 years. I met a Sommelier there I think his name was Michael and he managed to match a wine with all the cheeses, his knowledge too was outstanding and he was talking me through the way wine was made and the effort wine makers go to to make such a great wine, so cheers to you Michael and I hope you 3 succeed in all you wish. Good luck and I'll see you very soon. Thomas
