It was a drink event organized by a friend. The place was not huge but feeling very spacious and airy; the decor feels like low-profiled chic. All in all a great place for socializing in the heart of London.
It was not my first time at Apres but this time I had to finally write a good comment about Apres as they well deserve it. I went to their cocktail event last night downstairs whose organisation was spotless. The service was excellent and the cocktails were expertly made. Thanks to the people who attended and the layout of their club the atmosphere was just right. I'll go again.
After a hard day at work or a hard day shopping Apres with its fabulous cocktails and wonderful ambiance is somewhere I'll go every time I visit W1. Definitely one not to be missed

The cocktails are amazing and the staff friendly. Even though Après is located in an expensive area are the food and cocktails affordable. I can only recommend the place!
Recently visited Apres with some friends to try it out and we managed to make our way through most of the cocktail list throughout the evening. Loved the atmosphere, chic decor and great music. In comparison to other bars in the area the prices were reasonable and overall we had a great night.
Highly recommended and would visit again soon!
i am usually not a fan of high end over priced Mayfair clubs however apres is an exception with drinks at a more affordable price compared to clubs of its category (still a bit pricey though). Its location is perfect, staff are friendly, music is great and overall provided a very entertaining for me and my mates.

Very friendly staff and drinks are not too price in comparison to other mayfair clubs. Great music for all tastes, and I had a much better time here than similar club/bars such as Mahiki. I'd recommend it.
amazing club, open till 7am on saturdays!, would've give it 5 stars if it did not take so long to get in, dont understand why it is classified as a late night lounge when it is clearly a club.
Intimate atmosphere, great location, has the exclusive factor, but once in this bar is warm and welcoming.... Great value for money also.... will be sure to recommend to a friend.
Went to Apres for cocktails and tapas and had a great time. The venue is cosy, modern and ideal for a catch up with friends over a cocktail and light meal. The tortillas were the best and cocktails very creative. Pink Panther and Watermelon cocktail were our favourites. Would definitely go back. Even if it were only for the cocktails!
Great bar with great people - service and bar staff are excellent and most importantly care about the drinks they create. 10 minutes for an Old Fashioned. Good. And just off Oxford Street - this is a great find!
Hidden little gem off Oxford Street. Perfect for a first date for drinks. Cosy little corners with lounges. The bar staff put effort into the cocktails. I'll definitely go back...
An excellent venue to meet with the girls (or guys) and catch up on old times, or to let go after a bad day at work.
Amazing cocktails and great food. If you haven't been all I can say is why not?
Its in a great location (opp Selfridges) so perfect if you like a bit of retail therapy. It also has a lovely setting for those that smoke, which includes myself, as I find the smokers area in many bars is outside in the cold near the bins, at Apres you have made to look grass at your feet, lovely seating and heaters to keep you warm.
The prices are very reasonable and happy hour is between 5pm and 8pm. I would defo go again.

I went there a couple of days ago and must say I really liked the decor - big improvement from the way it use to look!
Now the cocktails were great and the bar tender very friendly and knowledgeable - which is what you expect in a place like that. The only thing that would let this place down is the floor staff ... the waitress wasn't very friendly some would call it rude! The salmon canapés were far to small...over all good experience would change some of the food and work on staff attitude.
Went to Apres on Wednesday. I really like the decor and crowd. Not too fru fru like other bars within the area. You must try the watermelon cocktail. I could drink 5 but then i wont know what to write. Will go again. xx
What a total let down this is. Having read the reviews I went with an optimistic view but it was awful. Staff are practically useless, you may as well make your own drinks, you will just get dirty looks and rudeness whilst your doing it! Manager wasn't available for us to complain to and bouncers were rude and idiots. I can see why people say all the good reviews are written by the owners. Avoid like the black death.
Went to Apres the other night and had an amazing time. The staff is friendly, cocktails amazing and the place is great. Music isn't too loud which means that you could have a normal conversation without screaming - loving it. We also tried their new food menu which was, together with everything else, fantastic. We'll defo come back!!!!
Let Down! Went there for my birthday last weekend and apres was rubbish. Place was half empty and half full of loud mouth idiots, not ideal. Went to Chinawhite in the end thankfully!
I went to Apres a month ago for their summer BBQ and was really disappointed.
I had looked at the reviews and thought it looked fine but the reviews are way off, Apres is poor at best. The killer blow for Apres is that it is surrounded by so many good bars and restaurants; put simply why bother with Apres.
The food was over priced, cold and lousy, a small burger and a few chips was over ten pounds. We waited more than 40 minutes for our food before it came.
The air conditioning leaked continuously, we moved tables but were still getting dripped on, it wasn't even on as the bar was sweltering despite the weather not being particularly good and the place being virtually empty.
The drinks were in the same vein as the food, overpriced and slow but hey at least they were cold.
All in all one star with a polite warning to avoid this dive.
I Went to Apres with some friends the other night and found it dreadful. The music was dire, drinks were way over-priced and not that great and the staff were the worst I have ever come across. They were so snobby, rude and unhelpful, even the so called manager was bad. The door security guys were also very rude as it says in some of the reviews on here.
I did some digging on here and it turns out half the user reviews are by the owners to combat bad reviews, just shows it all really. My personal advice is to go somewhere else away from here.
Loved Apres ... really good hidden location just off oxford st .
graffiti makes the place look funky and cool while the lighting and wood effects make it warm and cozy
me and my girls would happily recommend it ... and the cocktails and shot list is amazing
I've been to Apres around 4 times now and have really enjoyed myself every time . The crowd is fun, the waiters are attentive and quick with drinks, and the music is really good. The cocktails are delicious and really reasonably priced considering the location!
I chose Apres for my birthday and we had a tremendous night!! It isn’t enormous, which was perfect as it kept everyone together all evening.
Vicky was fantastic and helped me arrange all the details. The bar staff are wonderful, they went out of their way to accommodate us and make me feel special on my birthday. Without a doubt I will be going back there!
If you have a special occasion, and want a relaxed fun filled evening then this venue is perfect!

Staff are very up themselves and pushy and think they are above you.
Was over priced, the other men were all sleazy and especially the door staff, all they seemed interested in was the girls.
If you want my advice, go somewhere else that is well known, as this will bring you a cup of disappointment.
Amazing atmosphere, such a tasty cocktail list, great DJ and beautiful girls...

awesome little place, just around the corner where i work. freindly staff and amazing drinks. it's a place to go if visiting selfridges or live in the area. and for the really hot manager.
I met a friend last week for a cheeky drink after work and wow did Apres go above and beyond! My friend is a rather fussy cocktail drinker and the very handsome barman made her up a drink using the ingredients she liked- it was so good! I perhaps had one too many and left my blackberry on the table, to my surprise it was there waiting for me the next day which is a first! (unfortunately I’ve left my phone behind in different places on several occasions!) Thank you!
Sat in the terrace at Apres last night in the glorious sunshine, it was a perfect venue to relax with my friends. We then went down to the club which I didn’t know about before but I’ll now be recommending to everyone!!
I was here Tuesday night..the location is great, the terrace is fantastic, perfect for the warmer evenings, I will be back this weekend for Cocktails in the Sun..cant wait !

I chose Apres to celebrate my birthday last weekend and I'm so glad I did, we all had an amazing evening. We started off in the bar upstairs and sat in the terrace- I highly recommend the maple flower cocktail and the peach & elderflower Bellini which tasted amazing in the sunshine. Later on in the evening we went down to the club- wow! what an amazing atmosphere! The ski lodge theme looks really cool and the staff were really friendly. I can't wait to go back!
I can't make my mind up with après. I love the venue, the music and the drinks but can't stand the extremely sleazy men, the staff )who are constantly cleaning up and pushing customers out of the way), the very young clientele and the number of fights that happen inside the venue. If you've booked a table you are often moved around but the staff are attentive and you rarely have random girls approaching looking for drinks. If you're coming here looking for hot guys go elsewhere but there are often a few good looking girls. The toilets are tiny and the coat check is very over priced.
Apres I have found to be a charming venue, it is one of my favourite places to hang out after work, this is especially the case in the summertime when I can take advantage of their fabulous outside terrace...the location is FAB.. London Living at its best

I loved Apres lounge. Comfortable. Unique. And pretty damn central. Opposite selfridges. And the bar tender oscar was hot! And made some amazing cocktails. Will definitely repeat!
Love Apres, my favourite London club. Friday nights and saturday nights are truly amazing. DJ Kaveh is the resident for saturday nights and genuinely keeps it going to a packed house until 4am. The staff are incredible. Can't recommend this club enough. Truly Ace.
Agreed. Only gets one start cause a star needs to be given. This was possibly one of my worst nights in London.
I wouldn't even give Apres a star! Truly dreadful!
