I would have given this place good marks for food but the service is HORRIBLE!!! I placed a takeaway order at 7pm on a Saturday night which arrived 40 minutes later. When I called back to say they had not delivered the rice which was essential to the main. At first he promised to deliver ASAP - but didn't offer anything to apologise like a discount next time or drink etc. Then 20 minutes later (they are only around the corner) the owners son Karim called back to say the kitchen were 110% sure they had sent it! Are you kidding: a customer would take the time to call back and lie about getting rice???!!!?? Then Karim said well we are really busy so it should be with you in 20-30 minutes. So I'm now meant to wait nearly an hour for the rice!! I called back to remind him I'm 7 months pregnant and have now waited nearly 2 hours to eat my dinner and I wasn't best impressed they have me waiting nearly an hour for rice and suggested I check again to see if it was sent after 20 minutes from my first complaint!!!! He said sorry madam but we are busy and then HUNG UP!!! By far the worst service I've ever had from a takeaway in London. Steer clear: there are too many other places which VALUE their customers!!!!

Went to Aroma Spice a few weeks ago and had a nice evening. The food was really tasty and the staff were extremely friendly.

Will definitely go back to Aroma Spice.
